I have only used Agent Pronto and recommend them. There is no upfront fees of any kind, just a 25% referral upon successful closing. You will still have to compete with the lead as it is not exclusive, but if your are good you will get the listing/buyer and close the transaction.

Agent Pronto connected me with a Realtor very quickly—within an hour of visiting their website—and the Realtor we had was second to none! We will recommend Agent Pronto to others and will use them again in the future.
I was shocked by how quick all communication was. I was concerned about the quality I'd receive as I was looking for an out-of-city agent, but I don't think I could have found a better agent for my situation. We now have the perfect house that fits our needs!

We hae tried several different companies for lead sources. We have done the pay per click deal and a few other sites hat you pay per lead. We have found that the best sources out there are Agent Pronto, Estately, and Homelight all of which give you leads and you pay a referral fee on them, which is the best way to do business. We are also firm believers in Zillow, Trulia and Yelp. When you Googel Real Estate in a specific city, what pops up? Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and a few paid for spots. What we have learned is you need to be at the top of those sites. So go out there get a ton of reviews and pay for a little it of advertising on each site but be very speciic to an area, so you will pull at the top of the list when someone is looking for an agent in that city. Best of luck.

I do NOT pay for any kind of leads. Blackjack en linea. I don't use any kind of 3rd party sight to generate leads. (Except for this one). Get out and talk with people.civic groups, church, PTA Volunteer. Tell everyone you know that you are an agent. Then next week tell them again. Tell them until they start telling you. There is not magic bullet out there except hard work.
Agent Pronto
Online presence so the buyers, sellers come to you. The blogging, video, testimonials, local community involvement online all over those front page search indexes means the buyers, sellers can not help but bump into you. Grow your own leads, plant the seeds that last if you weed, feed, water them. Not coin operated leads, throwing money at tired old stale lists. The buyers and sellers don't want third party round them up but if the agent, broker is missing you give them no choice.
Most of these systems that sell leads are startups that quickly disappear from the marketplace
Agent Pronto Complaints
I have not used any of those but can tell you the ones I have were a waste of money.
I'm considering signing up with a lead referral service to post buyer leads that contact my company. I've looked at Agent Pronto, the Referral Network and here, on the Referral Exchange. My leads (mostly higher-end) are looking primarilly in NC from the Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Charlotte and Asheville areas. It seems that the leads on the Referral Exchange are older leads. Has anyone had experience using the Referral Exchange? Thanks!!
Christine Richard you heard from few experts here. There are two ways to stay on top on Internet. Organic and paid! You have a choice. May be, mix and match?
Christine,
Dangerous beauty slot. I really like what Andrew Mooers said. The online leads have not panned out for several clients. What works best is getting out in the community and meeting with people. And definitely blogging.Wishing you a great weekend. A
The only one I've ever used of the the ones you mentioned is House Hunt and I cancelled the subscription.
I have not used any of these. Thank you for the question.
